Well now on this one I can't say too much on it for I have missed a lot when it came to them. I remember talking to the man that was putting them out and came up with them. He's the same one that came up with the millet bait. He told me that they were real easy and clean to mass with. That all you really have to have when it comes to them is 20 ounces of liquid and whatever amount of flavoring that you wanted to put into them.

The only thing that I have seen that I had a hard time with them was how that they dry out real fast. When they do this take some of whatever you use as liquid. Shaking a little over the top of them, taking your hand and dipping it in water; and shaking it over them and shaking the bait up well. I don't know why that got next to me just did I guest that all that it seem like to me was that I was all the time shaking the bait and having to add some water to them. All so the packing of them just could not get use to that. One other thing that you have to look out for is when you buy them. If you have a lot of powders in the bottom of the bag don't get them. For that they will not break up. They just make bad bait that is all I can say.

I started to use cream corn in them and that help a lot with the bait. You did not have to mass with them so much after that. Also I like to use a little more water or drink in them then the 20 ounces. I have to say that I did not use much water at all in oats mostly drink and juices of some kind and cream corn most of the time.

When you make oats whatever you do don't stir them shake them. For if you stir them it seems to make them take a lot longer to break. REMEMBER shake and don't stir. Golden rule when comes to making oats.

I will tell you that the carp love this bait. If you get them right you will have a great time catching carp. The man that came out with these had come up to deliver Ed's products and I just happen to be up there on that day. He said that they were higher in proteins then chow. I remember that when that they first started to use them that the lake's owners were buying 200lbs or so to put in the lakes to get the fish to turn onto them. Usey they would go up the middle of the pones with them.

This is just what I thought of them and like I said I miss a lot on these baits. I have only a few baits on these and I will start with the first one that I ever use. How to below!

Blend all ingredients into oats. Put lid on bucket and shake well. Let the bait set for 15 to 30 minutes.

REMEMBER THIS!!!

Always shake and do not stir oats. As the bait dries out moisten with what ever liquid that you use to make them with.

Mixing the liquid with the flavoring and letting it set for at less 15 min. to an hour before adding to the bait. This is if you were to add a pack of Jell-O or Kool-Aid to it.
